IGN Password Self Service Portal IGN Network Password Change Tool (AFFILIATION/hq.ign.com) Is your password about to expire? Do you need to change your password? Use this link to change the password for your IGN AFFILIATION account (VPN, HUHA_WIFI, etc.). ELIGIBILITY You CAN use this tool if: You are a full-time, permanent employee, contractor, freelancer, or temporary employee AND: It’s been more than 10 days since your last password change. Your account hasn’t met its predetermined expiry date (this applies only to contractors, freelancers, and temporary employees). You select a password that meets the system’s password complexity requirements. You CANNOT use this tool if: You are a contractor, freelancer, or temporary employee whose account has met its expiry date and requires a manager’s approval to extend. Please contact your manager and let him/her know to contact the Helpdesk for an extension. Your password has been changed or assigned in the last 10 days.
